After joining a major IT company as a new graduate, Y. Okumura worked as a data scientist on numerous projects. He supported corporate decision-making through technology by improving products using massive datasets and launching new data-driven businesses.
With analytical precision and speed as his strengths, he has bridged the gap between business and technology.
In recent years, he has deepened his interest in cybersecurity, focusing on the design and development of AI-driven threat detection and risk assessment models. He takes a predictive and proactive approach to the increasingly complex and sophisticated landscape of cyberattacks.
